Gaëlle Méric
PARTNER
Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2008, Gaëlle Méric regularly advises companies on employment law, intellectual property & media law, and criminal law, intervening before the various judicial jurisdictions and the courts of international organizations.
She also represents artists and authors and teaches Intellectual property law at EMIC, a french School of Creative Industries Management.
A graduate in audiovisual law (Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne / INA) and international law - human rights (Paris II Panthéon-Assas), she began her career in 2004 alongside magistrates at the Court of Cassation and the UN, before joining the legal profession. She co-founded Cabinet Méric Lévy-Bissonnet in 2020, after having been an associate and then partner of Cabinet Boken, a specialist in business litigation for 12 years.

Juliette Lévy-Bissonnet
PARTNER
Juliette Lévy-Bissonnet has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2009. She specializes in criminal law, business criminal law and press law.
She also regularly intervenes in criminal proceedings.
She began her career with DS Avocats before joining Chemarin & Limbour, then co-founding Cabinet Méric Lévy-Bissonnet in 2020.
She holds a Master's degree in criminal law and criminal procedure from Paris X and a Master's degree in financial criminal law from Cergy-ESSEC University.

Pierre Carton

Pierre has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025.
He holds a Master's degree in Innovation Law from Sciences Po Paris and practices intellectual property law (trademarks, copyright) and labor law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. He also practices criminal law and press law.
He has undergone extensive training with renowned litigation lawyers and has worked for a major French audiovisual group. After several successful experiences within the firm, he joined the team after being sworn in.
